with full of romantic destination just waiting for you. From Valentine
boat trip in Halong bay, cooking class in Hoi An ancient town to
wonderful sun bath by the sea. Explore Vietnam with your life mate, we

Day 1: Hello Vietnam –Hanoi arrival (D)
Hanoi,
the capital of Vietnam since the 11th century dazzles visitors its
unique blend of oriental lifestyle, French colonial architecture,
tree-lined boulevards and peaceful lakes. Still retaining a charming air
from its colonial days, visitors are often impressed with the quietness
and subtle beauty of Hanoi. Upon arrival, you are picked up and
transferred to hotel check in and leisure. A romantic dinner at a local
restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi – Halong (B/L/D)
Depart
Hanoi to Ha Long Bay by road through the rich farmlands of the Red
River Delta and the scenery of rice fields (harvest time: 5th month and
10th month of Lunar New Year), water buffalos and everyday Vietnamese
village life on both side of the highway No.18.
12.15 pm: Arrive in Ha Long city, board our traditional wooden junk boat, Huong Hai Junk, for an overnight journey. Sip on a refreshing welcome drink upon check in before you begin your cruise through the bay.
1.00 pm: Feast on a delicious lunch as you cruise among hundreds of islets (Dinh Huong islet, Ga Choi – Fighting Cock islet, Dog islet, Finger islet, etc.) to discover unspoilt pockets of Halong Bay and visit Sung Sot cave, one of the most imposing grottos of the Bay. Swim at Soi Sim beach or Titov beach or a short trek to the top of Titov mountain for a magnificent panorama scenery.
5.30 pm: Relax and enjoy sunset
7.30 pm: Enjoy your dinner on board.
9.00 pm: Squid fishing or relax and chatting with your partner, friends, family.
Overnight on Ha Long Bay aboard
Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L,D)
7.00 am: For early riser complimentary tea, coffee, fruit and cake are served.
8.00 am: Visit Luon cave on small bamboo boat paddle by out crew staff and enjoy the quiet atmosphere enclosed by high islets and mountains. Be back to our Huong Hai Junk. Sail past rock formations such as Man’s Head islet, Tortoise islet, Butterfly cave, Lion islet, Bai Tho mountain, enjoy the tranquil scenery as the boat meanders its way through the bay on the way back to Ha Long city, etc.
9.00 am: Arrange your luggage and do the check out onboard.
9.30 am: Enjoy a wholesome brunch as your boat weaves through strange-shaped limestone rock
formations.
11.30
am: Arrive back at Ha Long city for disembarkation where your driver
waits to take you back to your Hanoi. Visit Temple of Literature. Discover
the Old Quarter of Hanoi by cycle. This fascinating are of narrow
alleys and shop houses is also called “36 streets”. Dinner by West Lake
with beautiful view of Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 4: Hanoi – Danang - Hoian (B/D)
After
breakfast, we bid fare well Hanoi and catch the morning flight (1 hour)
to Danang. Upon arrival, transfer to Ancient Town Hoi An. Then walking
tour of ancient Hoian Town, visit the Trade Museum, Japanese Bridge and
Tan Ky Old House. Romantic dinner at Hoi An. O/N in Hoian.
Day 5: Hoi An cooking class (B/L/D)
We start the day (8am) with a welcome drink at Hai Café – our meeting point.
Travel
by minivan (10 mins) to Tra Que Organic Village, and walk through the
market gardens where local farmers work their fields using the
traditional methods of hundreds of years ago - no electrical machinery
here. We pick fresh saw-tooth coriander and Vietnamese mint for our
cooking lesson later, before trying a special herbal drink at a local
home.
To
the local village market and with shopping list in hand we purchase a
range of local ingredients, including star anise, cardamom, sesame rice
paper, water spinach and banana flower.
Arriving
at Red Bridge Cooking School we have a chance to freshen up before
beginning our class. Working together with our Red Bridge Chef we learn
the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food from
scratch. Using the freshest ingredients and traditional Vietnamese
utensils (still in use today) we cook 4 famous dishes, including the
national dish ‘Pho’. After the class we sit down and a chance to savour
the dishes we have prepared. Leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the
Hoi An River back to central Hoi An.

Day 6: Hoi an free (B/D)
Free
at leisure on Cua Dai Beach and enjoy your most wonderful moment
together. This evening, an unforgetable dinner will be set up by the
beach. Overnight in Hoi An
Day 7: Hoi An – Danang – dept (B/-/-)
Enjoy your morning with the sea before checking out take a flight home with sweet memories.
