• Honolulu City tour including visiting State Capitol, Washington place (Governor’s Mansion), Chinatown, Iolani Palace and King Kamehameha statue

• We offer one complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service for each reservation from 5:00am to 10:00pm at HNL airport.
• We only offer one free airport transfer for each reservation. Please note the time you will need pickup services in the comment section of your reservation. If you need extra or delayed/earlier airport pick up or drop off service, please contact us for quotation.

• You will get an exclusive tour of Hanauma Bay Snorkeling if you depart between 2/16/2015 and 12/31/2015

• Free Hanauma Bay Snorkeling tour details:
• This tour is only for customers whose tour start dates are between 2/16/2015 and 12/31/2015
• Please make a notation on your reservation if you'd like to participate in this free tour.
• You need to pay an extra $7.50/Person as an environmental protection fee. Please pay this before embarking on this special tour.
• There will be a service charge (min. $3.00/Person) for the tour guide.
• Kindly Remind: 
• Polynesian Cultural Center will be closed on Sunday, Hanauma Bay Snorkeling will be closed on Tuesday. To ensure that your package vacation goes well if your itinerary includes these tours, we may adjust the itinerary. Thanks for your understanding
• For some reasons, such as traffic or weather conditions, we will may adjust the itinerary (attractions' order and time), but the attractions will not change. Thanks for your understanding
• Change or Cancellation of Order Policy:
• If any amendments (date change or reducing the number of guests or cancel order), are made at least 17 days before departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee, otherwise we'll charge the penalty fee according to the below policy plus the $30 Amendment Fee:

• Low season: 
• If amendment is made within 10 days(workday) before departure date, 100% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
• If amendment is made 11-13 days before departure date, 50% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
• If amendment is made 14-16 days before departure date, 30% of Reservation Cost will be charged. High season:
  During summer vacation, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and New Year, no cancellation and amendment. If you want to cancel your package vacation, there is no refund. Thanks for your understanding.
• The price for this package vacation may vary especially during holidays due to the hotel, tax and fuel surcharge fluctuation. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused
• After arrival at Honolulu airport on the first day:
  Guests who take domestic flights please meet our tour guide at Baggage Claim Area.
  Guests who take international flights please meet our tour guide at Exit Area.
  Tour guide can be identified with a pink polo shirt
• Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a flight delay for more than 45 minutes, you will have to arrange transportation on your own. However, you are welcome to contact our local tour provider to check if our staff can accommodate your needs
• Hawaii tour itineraries are composed of many smaller Hawaii tours and the configuration of the itinerary is not confirmed until the day of the tour. Itineraries for your package vacation on the e-ticket are suggested initial itineraries. Please do not plan any side excursions or additional tour plans for Hawaii until the day you arrive on our tour. If you need to take a side plan or additional tour, you must talk with your tour guide and check if the tour's itinerary may work for you.
• We strongly recommend that you contact the airline and our local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival timing, and request to arrange for a pickup before your departure
•  Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self-transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self-transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, we will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self-transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.
